We know sometimes you just want an answer. Here is a collection of answers to the most often-asked questions.

Q: Where is Firstlove Clothing Online Based?

Firstlove Clothing is a handmade faith-based brand owned and operated by Hillary Germoso in the heart of Tampa Bay, Florida. The purpose of Firstlove Clothing is to empower others to encounter Jesus's love, truth & freedom by representing God's kingdom with quality apparel.

Q: Does your company give to charity?

A percentage of the profits of all items sold go to help feed the hungry, help the poor and tell people about Jesus, locally and wherever else Jesus tell us. We also give a percentage to the Be Heard Project.

The Be Heard Project is a voice for the persecuted Church. Through law, public policy, and grassroots action, we amplify your voice to demand that world governments respect the most basic human rights and human dignity of persecuted believers. 

Q: I just placed my order, can I edit or cancel it?

Yes!  We want to ensure your satisfaction with our products and will do our best to provide great customer service.  If you place an order and want to change it, let us know within 24 hours of placing your order at (myfirstloveclothing@gmail.com). You can also DM us on Instagram at Firstloveclothing_

Please provide your order #, of the item you want along with the shirt style, shirt color, size, and quantity.  

If your order has shipped and  you want to change it, no problem!  Just follow our return policy and ship your (un-worn) original order back to us.  

We'll refund the purchase price of your original order once we've received the returned items.  Shipping and handling is non-refundable, so please change your order within 24 hours to catch us before we ship your order.  

Q: What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns within 14 days from when your order is received. To make it easier the return fee is a flat rate of $5.

All items must be new, unworn, and with the original tags attached.

Products marked as *final sale* cannot be returned. International orders are final sale

Your refund will go back on the credit card 3-5 business days

Simply email us at (myfirstloveclothing@gmail.com )with "Return Request" in the subject line. Please include your order number and reason for return within the email.

Once your return has been approved, a refund will be issued back to your original form of payment minus a $5 return fee.

 

Q: Can I exchange my order?

We're unable to process an exchange, but you're welcome to place a new order (while the item(s) are still available) and send in your return separately.

 

Q: How long will it take me to get my order?

All shipping are estimated to be 2-8 business days.

 

Q: How can I track my order?

Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided by the customer when the order is shipped.

 

Q: Where are your products shipped from?

All of our products are shipped from the USA.

 

Q: Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

At this time we do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside of the United States. As our small business continue to grow we are looking forward to expanding internationally in the near future.

 

Q: What to Do If You Have a Lost or Stolen Package

"We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages scanned as delivered. If your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, customers can file a claim with USPS.

Q: Is my personal information secure when ordering from Firstlove?

Absolutely! Every page that you enter personal information on is secured using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and that information is NEVER provided to any third parties. 

 

Q: What do I do if my order is damaged?

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund.

Q: I received the wrong goods, what do I do?

Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouses. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right. Please contact us via email at myfirstloveclothing@gmail.com or you can also DM us on Instagram at Firstloveclothing_ so that we can work to get you your goods as soon as possible.

 

Q: What are the suggested washing instructions for your t-shirts?

Turn garment inside out prior to washing.

Machine was warm using mild detergent.

Lay flat to dry.

Do not bleach.

Do not dry clean.

Do not place a hot iron directly onto the custom printed design or logo on the shirt. It is best to turn the garment inside out prior to ironing.
