MATTHEW 6:33: Put God First and Everything Will Fall Into Place

There is a peace that comes when you finally stop striving in your own strength and choose to put God first. Not just in words, but in your heart, your decisions, your habits, and your priorities. When God becomes the foundation, everything else begins to align — your finances, your relationships, your purpose, and most importantly, your inner healing.

God’s Love Changes Everything

God’s love is not like human love. Human love can fail, disappoint, leave, or change. But God’s love is steady, faithful, and unconditional. It reaches into the deepest parts of us — the parts we hide, the parts that still hurt, the parts shaped by trauma and disappointment — and it gently restores what feels broken beyond repair.

Many of us carry wounds from our past: rejection, abandonment, betrayal, neglect, broken dreams. These experiences shape how we see ourselves and how we connect with others. But when we encounter the love of God, something powerful happens. His love begins to rewrite the lies we believed. It reminds us that we are chosen, seen, valued, and deeply cherished.

God’s love is potent. It doesn’t just comfort — it transforms.

Healing Through Relationship, Not Religion

Healing doesn’t come from simply knowing about God. It comes from walking with Him. From talking to Him. From trusting Him. From allowing Him into the everyday moments of your life.

God is not distant. He is a Father who cares deeply about His children. He wants to guide you, protect you, and provide for you. He wants to hear your heart. He wants to sit with you in your pain and celebrate with you in your victories.

When you begin to see God not just as Creator, but as your Father and your closest friend, everything changes.

Making Jesus Your First Love

So many of us look for love in people, success, validation, or material things. But when Jesus is not first, everything else becomes a source of disappointment. People will fail us. Money can be uncertain. Seasons can change.

But when Jesus is your first love, your anchor is secure.

Loving Jesus first doesn’t mean you won’t desire relationships, growth, or blessings. It means those things take their proper place. It means your identity is no longer dependent on how others treat you. It means your worth is no longer fragile. It means your peace is no longer conditional.

When Jesus becomes your first love, you begin to live from fullness instead of lack.

Trusting God With Your Finances, Your Love Life, and Your Future

Putting God first means inviting Him into every area of your life — including the areas you try to control the most.

Your finances: God cares about your provision. He cares about your stewardship. When you honor Him with your resources and trust His wisdom, He teaches you discipline, peace, and contentment beyond money itself.

Your love life: God cares deeply about your heart. He desires healthy, God-honoring love for you. When you let Him lead your relationships, He protects you from what is not meant for you and prepares you for what is.

Your future: God sees what you cannot. His timing is intentional. His plans are good. When you surrender your plans to Him, you make room for purpose instead of pressure.

From Brokenness to Wholeness

God is in the business of restoration.

He restores identity. He restores confidence. He restores peace. He restores hope.

What feels like years of damage to you is not too much for Him. Healing is not always instant, but it is always possible in His presence. Little by little, prayer by prayer, tear by tear — God rebuilds the heart.

You are not too far gone. You are not too broken. You are not forgotten.

A Life Built on God Will Flourish

When you put God first, your life becomes rooted in something unshakable. Storms may still come, but you won’t be destroyed by them. Delays may still happen, but you won’t lose hope. Waiting seasons may still stretch you, but they will refine you instead of breaking you.

A life surrendered to God will always flourish in the ways that matter most.

Peace over anxiety. Purpose over confusion. Healing over bitterness. Freedom over bondage.

Final Encouragement

If you are in a season of healing, trust that God is working even when you don’t see it yet. If you feel tired, bring your weariness to Him. If your heart feels guarded, let Him soften it gently. He is patient. He is kind. He is near.

Put God first — not because life will be perfect, but because life will be anchored.

And when your life is anchored in Him, everything else will begin to fall into place.

I hope this helped as always I love you

Jesus loves you more🤎
